Wing Snob began in 2014 when founder Marcus Webb fired up his backyard smoker in Lansing, Michigan with a simple obsession — to make the most unapologetically saucy, flavor-forward wings the city had ever tasted. What started as weekend cookouts for friends quickly grew into something none of them expected.
By 2016, neighbors were lining up outside his garage door. By 2018, Wing Snob had its first brick-and-mortar location at 5210 S Cedar St — and the rest is spicy, saucy history. The wingsnob philosophy has always been the same: never compromise on quality, never rush the flavors, and always make every order feel like it was made just for you.
Today, Wing Snob is proudly serving the Lansing community with over 30 signature sauces, locally sourced chicken, and a team that treats every plate like their name is on it.

Word spreads fast. Wing Snob launches its first pop-up stall at the Lansing City Market. Lines stretch around the block and the wingsnob name earns its first local feature in the Lansing State Journal.
The doors open at 5210 S Cedar St, Lansing. The brick-and-mortar Wing Snob restaurant seats 60 guests and introduces the full signature sauce menu for the first time.
Adapting to new challenges, Wing Snob launches a seamless online ordering system and expands its delivery radius across greater Lansing. Customer loyalty grows stronger than ever.
The menu expands to over 30 signature sauces. Wing Snob is voted Michigan's Best Wing Restaurant by local food critics and earns a 4.9-star average across all review platforms.
Wing Snob celebrates serving its 50,000th customer and launches its catering program. The team grows to 18 dedicated wing artists, all committed to the original mission: bold flavors, fresh always.
